1: About Our Skincare Products

Q: What makes Everleaf Herbal different from other skincare brands?

Everleaf products are created in small batches using gentle, herbal extracts made in-house. Everything is formulated from scratch by hand, no premade bases, no fillers, no harsh preservatives. We create products for people who can’t tolerate mass-produced cosmetics, and everything is made with kindness, compassion, and care.

Q: Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Most of our products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind. Each product has its own age guidance, some are suitable from birth, while others (such as our Joint & Muscle Rub) are approved from 2 months onwards. We keep our ingredient lists simple and rely on gentle herbal extracts where possible.

Q: Are your products handmade?

Yes, all Everleaf products are handcrafted in small batches. Many of our formulas use herbal extracts we make in-house, and others use carefully chosen CO₂ extracts or natural actives depending on what the formula needs to stay gentle, stable and effective.

Q: Do you test on animals?

Never. We’re a cruelty-free, people-first brand.

Q: Are your products natural?

Our products are made from natural ingredients wherever possible, including herbal extracts, oils, waxes and gentle plant-derived actives. When a safe, effective natural alternative doesn’t exist (such as certain preservatives), we use the mildest option to protect you and your family.

2: Orders & Delivery

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

UK orders are normally delivered in 2–4 working days.

Hand-crafted batches may add 1 extra day during busy periods.

Q: Do you offer tracking information?

Yes — all orders receive tracking via email once dispatched.

Q: How much is delivery?

Delivery starts at £4.95, and orders over £50 ship free.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

At the moment Everleaf Herbal ships within the UK only.

Q: What should I do if my parcel hasn’t arrived?

3: Ingredients & Safety

Q: What ingredients do you use in your products?

We use a blend of herbal extracts, plant oils, natural actives, and gentle emulsifiers.

Every ingredient is chosen for safety, skin compatibility, and purpose. Never as filler.

Q: Are your products suitable for newborns and babies?

We follow strict safety guidelines:

- Baby Cleanser & Skin Salve → suitable from newborn

- Joint & Muscle Rub → suitable from 2 months

- Other items → suitability varies (always check product notes)

We keep things simple, gentle, and appropriate for delicate skin.

Q: Do your products contain essential oils?

Some of our formulas include low-level essential oils for specific benefits, while others are completely essential-oil-free for extra sensitivity.

Each product page clearly lists every ingredient.

Q: Are your products free from harsh chemicals?

Yes. We avoid parabens, mineral oils, SLS/SLES, petrolatum, artificial colours, and unnecessary synthetics.

Our formulas are designed to be effective without being overwhelming.

Q: I have allergies. How do I check if a product is safe for me?

4: Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Q: What is your returns policy?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace or refund it immediately.

For unopened products, returns are accepted within 14 days.

Q: Can I return a product after opening it?

For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics can’t be returned unless there is a fault.

If something seems wrong, contact us, we’re fair and always aim to help.

Q: What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

Please send a photo and your order number to [email protected].

We will send a replacement straight away.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can edit or cancel it.

Email us as soon as possible and we’ll take care of it.

Q: Do you offer refunds for allergic reactions?

Every skin is different.

If you have a reaction, stop using the product and contact us. We will handle each case personally and with care.

Q: Are your teas 100% natural?

Yes, all EverBlend Herbal Teas are made from pure, natural botanicals with no additives, flavourings, caffeine, or sweeteners.

Q: Where do you source your herbs?

We work with trusted UK suppliers who specialise in high-quality, ethically sourced herbs.

Every ingredient is chosen for purity, potency, and safety.

Q: Are your teas caffeine-free?

Yes. All EverBlend blends are naturally caffeine-free, making them suitable for daytime or evening use.

Q: Can children drink your herbal teas?

Many blends are suitable from age 5+, but some contain herbs more suitable for adults.

Check each product page for age guidance, or message us anytime for personalised advice.

Q: Do your teas contain allergens?

We do not include common allergens, but cross-contamination is possible from suppliers.

If you have a known allergy, contact us and we will advise based on ingredients.

6: Tea Brewing & Usage

Q: How much tea should I use per cup?

Use 1 teaspoon (or 1 Everleaf tea bag) per 250ml of boiling water.

Q: How long should I steep the tea?

We recommend 5–15 minutes, depending on how strong you like it.

Longer steeping releases more herbal benefits.

Q: How many cups can I drink per day?

Generally 2–3 cups per day is perfect.

Herbal tea is gentle, but strong blends are best enjoyed consistently, not excessively.

Q: Can I drink the teas cold?

Yes, all blends can be enjoyed hot or cold.

For cold infusion, steep in boiling water first, then cool.

Q: How should I store the teas?

Keep them in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, in their resealable Kraft bags.

7: Tea Safety & Medical Questions

Q: Are your teas safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Not all herbs are suitable during pregnancy.

Some blends may be appropriate, others should be avoided.

Please check each blend’s page or message us for personalised guidance.

Q: Can I drink your teas alongside medication?

Some herbs may interact with medication.

If you’re taking any prescribed treatment, consult your GP or herbalist before use.

Q: Can I have your teas if I have a medical condition?

Our teas are gentle, but medical conditions vary widely.

If unsure, please check with a professional before using herbal blends regularly.

Q: Do your teas contain laxatives or stimulants?

No. None of our blends contain senna, cascara, guarana, or stimulating herbs.

Everything is formulated to be calming and supportive.

Q: Are your teas designed to “treat” or “cure” anything?

No. Our teas support general wellness and balance but do not replace medical treatment or diagnosis.

Q: Do you offer subscriptions for regular deliveries?

Not yet, but this is coming soon.

You will be able to receive your favourite balms or teas every month with savings built in.

Q: Can I order in bulk for my clinic, shop, or wellness business?

Yes. We supply balms, rubs, teas and more to practitioners, physiotherapists, spas, and retailers.

10: Product Storage, Shelf Life & Sustainability

Q: What is the shelf life of your products?

Our balms and salves generally last 12–24 months, depending on ingredients.

Each jar includes a Best Before or PAO (Period After Opening) symbol.

Q: How should I store the products?

Keep products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Balms may melt slightly in summer but will reset naturally.

Q: Are your ingredients sustainably sourced?

Yes. We only purchase from suppliers who meet strict ethical and quality standards.

Botanicals are grown and harvested responsibly, with minimal environmental impact.

Q: Is your packaging recyclable?

We use simple, minimal packaging wherever possible:

- Glass jars: Fully recyclable across the UK.

- Plastic lids: Widely recyclable depending on your local facility.

- Kraft tea pouches: Made from kraft paper; recycling varies, so please check with your local council.

We keep packaging simple, low-waste and easy to separate.

Q: How can I contact you?

We aim to reply within 24 hours (often much sooner).

Q: Can I request a custom formulation?

We do not offer custom formulations for balms or skincare, as these require full cosmetic safety assessments, stability testing, and regulatory approval.

However, custom tea blends may be possible using the herbs we already stock or that are readily available. If you’re looking for a personalised herbal tea, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to discuss what is possible.

Q: Do you work with practitioners?

Yes. We collaborate with physiotherapists, herbalists, wellness coaches, and massage therapists.

Wholesale options and samples are available.

Q: I’m not sure which product is right for me — can you help?

Absolutely. Send us a message describing your skin concern or wellness goal, and we’ll guide you.

Q: Do you offer free samples?

Not normally, but we sometimes include sample size teas or balms in larger orders or practitioner kits.
