Everleaf Herbal Ltd (“Everleaf Herbal”, “we”, “us”, “our”) creates natural skincare, herbal products, and herbal teas.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Using Our Website

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, or copy site content without permission.

All images, text, product descriptions, branding and design are the intellectual property of Everleaf Herbal Ltd.

3. Our Products

We offer two categories of products, and the regulations differ slightly for each:

A. Cosmetic Products (Balms, Rubs, Cleansers, etc.)

All cosmetic formulations are developed in line with UK Cosmetic Regulations and supported by CPSRs.
Products are for external use only.
Always follow the instructions provided on the packaging.
Perform a patch test before use.
If irritation occurs, stop using the product and seek medical advice if necessary.
Keep products away from children unless otherwise specified.

B. Herbal Teas (EverBlend Collection)

Herbal teas are classified as food products.

We do not offer medical advice.
Herbal teas are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Store teas in a cool, dry place.
All allergens (if any) are listed on individual product pages.

4. Orders & Payments

Placing an Order

Your order is accepted once we send an order confirmation email.

If a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and refund your payment.

Payments Accepted

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Debit & credit card payments (processed securely via Stripe)
PayPal
Bank transfer (available by arrangement)
Cash for in-person collection
Additional payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay may also be available depending on your device and browser.

5. Pricing & Availability

All prices are in GBP.

We may update product pricing at any time, but confirmed orders are not affected.

If there is a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refund the order.

6. Shipping

We ship within the UK.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because you sell both cosmetics and food products, you need two categories:

A. Cosmetic Products

For hygiene and safety reasons:

Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.
Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
If a product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photographs.
We will replace or refund damaged items.

B. Herbal Teas (Food Items)

Opened tea pouches cannot be returned.
Unopened teas can be returned within 14 days.
Damaged items will be replaced or refunded.

8. Health Guidance & Disclaimers

We do not provide medical advice.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions.
Customer experience may vary depending on individual factors.
Always read product instructions and consult a professional if unsure.

9. Limitation of Liability

We take great care in producing safe, high-quality products, but Everleaf Herbal Ltd is not liable for:

misuse of products
allergic reactions where allergens were properly declared
delays or issues caused by courier services
indirect or consequential losses

Your statutory rights are not affected.

10. Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)

If events outside our reasonable control affect our ability to fulfil an order — such as weather, supply issues, strikes, or unforeseen emergencies — we are not liable for delays.

We will always attempt to fulfil your order as soon as possible.
