If something is not right, we’re here to help.
Because our skincare, balms, teas, and wellness products are made in small batches and for personal use, we can only accept returns if:
the item arrived damaged or faulty; or
the wrong item was sent; or
the item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
We cannot accept returns on:
products that have been opened, used, or partly consumed
items bought more than 30 days ago
sale items or promotional bundles
digital downloads or gift vouchers
This policy ensures the safety and integrity of our natural formulations.
If your item arrives damaged or you believe it is faulty:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund once assessed
We always aim to resolve matters quickly and kindly.
We are unable to offer direct exchanges on returned products.
If you would like a different item, you can place a new order once your refund has been processed.
Once your return is approved:
refunds are issued to the original payment method
please allow 5–10 working days for processing
shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect
If returning an item:
customers are responsible for return postage unless the product was faulty or incorrect
we recommend using a tracked service
Everleaf Herbal is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping
